Analysis
The City of Bartlett recently obtained community input through a survey compiled by the University of Memphis. In 2023, city services received an 87% satisfaction score, falling just short of the City’s established benchmark of 90%. These results will help identify opportunities for improvement as the City continues strengthening service delivery. To measure progress over time, the survey will be re‑administered in 2026 to reassess community perceptions of City services.
