Analysis
The City of Bartlett recently obtained community input through a survey compiled by the University of Memphis. The results showed that fire services achieved a 98% satisfaction score, exceeding the City’s established benchmark of 90%. The City will use these findings to identify opportunities for continued improvement and plans to re‑administer the survey in 2026 to measure progress over time.
